Sport climbing courses on rock are offered with a focus on safety, clear instruction, and a secure atmosphere in small groups.

Instructors

Jim Wasmuth is an experienced climber and certified sport climbing instructor. He has been a driving force in Västervik Climbing Club for many years and has helped put Västervik on the climbing map, both nationally and internationally.

Jim has also been involved in developing climbing in Västervik for a long time and is co-author of the guidebook "Sportsclimbing in Västervik" (2014).

We have had climbing courses for over ten years and trained over 200 participants.

Anna Wasmuth is an assistant instructor and helps with coaching, rope and station work, and ensuring that all participants receive support at their own pace.
